The recruiting process
Through preliminary interviews with potential candidates, we ensure that you are only interviewing candidates who are really suitable for your role. We will send you the key facts together with the CV in a candidate profile as part of a shortlist.
The decision which candidates to invite is done by you! We will of course take care of the appointment coordination and the arrival of the candidates, or we are happy to provide you with a meeting room throughout Germany.
